I purchased a couple of personalised ceramic tiles, which were excellent quality and exactly what I’d hoped for. Unfortunately, one of them was broken (probably in transit), so I contacted the shop who were very kind and immediately arranged for a new one to be sent, by special delivery, just in time for Christmas! Would highly recommend.
Ordered for 9th anniversary gift. It arrived on time and is excellent quality. Communication was great throughout.
