What happens once I have placed my order?

Once we have received your order, our designers & makers will get to work on your order as soon as possible. Once your order is complete, it will be lovingly packaged and dispatched. We'll let you know as soon as your order is on its way.

What delivery options do you offer?

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to start work on your order as soon as possible, often on the same day. Dispatch is usually within 1-3 working days, but please check the individual products for estimated delivery dates. Delivery time depends on which delivery option you have chosen at checkout. Click here to read more about our delivery options.

What is a ‘Giclee’ Print?

Nowadays, the term Giclee print means a digital fine art print. Giclee is French for “squirt” and the term describes the printing process of a drop of ink being vaporised by an electrical charge and squirted on to the paper or other print medium.

How are your frames made?

We’re very proud to be able to offer professional, custom made frames for our prints. We work with a brilliant framing company who are members of the Guild of Master Craftsmen with over 20 years in the business. Our frames are not standard ‘off the shelf’ frames. Each frame is made to order, to an extremely high standard. Our Premium frames are made using FSC approved wood and glazed with glass. 

How long will my paper print last?

A lifetime! The inks and papers used are made by the top manufacturers. The inks are pigment, not dye based, the papers are of the required archival standard as tested by an independent UKAS laboratory. Accelerated UV testing, by the ink manufacturers, indicates that our pigmented inks should have a life span of up to 200 years if displayed under normal lighting conditions.

Can you deliver my order any quicker?

Depending on how busy we are, we can sometimes rush orders through. If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please just get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Do you have a shop I can collect my order from?

Yes! Our Teignmouth store 'ROAM' opened in August 2020. You will be able to choose collection at the checkout if you wanted to collect your order in person.
