We have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join our team. 

We are looking forward to an extremely busy Christmas period, and are looking for a Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to help us with the day to day running of the business during this time. This is a temporary position, with a minimum of 16 hours per week with the potential to become a more permanent role. 

Basis: Temporary with the potential for a more permanent role

Hours: Hours will vary from 16-35 hours a week

Salary: £7.25 per hour

Location: Based in Exeter, currently working from our own residential premises 


Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer orders & enquiries, online & by telephone
  • Packaging products & arranging postage
  • General administrative tasks
  • Liasing with graphic designers, suppliers & managing logistics
  • Managing & updating website & online storefronts
  • Help with day to day running of the business

Key skills & requirements:

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills, with a polite telephone manner
  • Experience of managing an online shop is preferred
  • Good IT skills (mac)
  • Experience working within a creative industry
  • Excellent organizational skills & the ability to multi task with a good attention to detail
  • A passionate & enthusiastic approach
  • A conscientious approach to work
  • Good timekeeping
  • Ability to work to deadlines, & good under pressure
  • A self-motivator with the ability to use own initiative & work within a team
