Delivery & Returns

 

UK Delivery  

Unframed Prints:

• Royal Mail Standard Delivery - FREE (estimated delivery 2-3 days after dispatch)
• Royal Mail First Class Delivery - £1.95 (estimated delivery 1-2 days after dispatch)
• 2 Day Express Delivery - £6.95 (tracked delivery within 2 working days of ordering. Only available on certain products.)
• Express Saturday Delivery - £12.95 (Order by 8am Friday to receive the following day. Only available on certain products.)

Framed or Canvas Prints:

• Courier delivery - FREE (Delivery next day after dispatch) 
• 2 Day Express Delivery - £6.95 (delivery within 2 working days of ordering. Only available on certain products.)
• Express Saturday Delivery - £12.95 (Order by 8am Friday to receive the following day. Only available on certain products.) 

Express Delivery

• Our cut of time for our 2 Day delivery is 12'noon. 
(Example: If an order is placed on Monday at 11am, this will be dispatched on Tuesday, for Delivery on Wednesday. If an order is placed on Monday at 1pm this will be dispatched on Wednesday, for delivery on Thursday.)

• Weekends are excluded from our delivery times. Times quoted are for weekdays only. 
(Example: If an order is placed on Friday at 11am, this will be dispatched the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.) 

• We have a fixed cost of £6.95 for this service, this applies to both framed and unframed prints.

• Orders are delivered by courier. Please ensure there will be somebody at the address to receive the parcel. If there is nobody there to receive the parcel the courier will leave a note and either take your parcel to your local post office or to the depot for you to re-arrange delivery or collection. 

• Although your order will be dispatched on time, we cannot be held responsible for the couriers being held up by rain, wind, snow or if the driver is unable to find a remote property.

Worldwide Delivery 

Unframed Prints:
• Royal Mail Standard Airmail (not tracked) - £5.00
• Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for - £10.95

Framed or Canvas Prints:
We are only able to send our framed prints to UK and European addresses at present. Please see available 'International Delivery' products.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail or Royal Mail Tracked or Signed For which includes tracking. We can provide a tracking number on request. We are only able to send unframed prints and selected 'International Delivery' products internationally.

 

 

Dispatch times

These are different for each product, and included at the bottom of each product page. Please bear these timings in mind when placing your order.

Packaging

Unframed Prints:
Our unframed prints are lovingly rolled by hand and wrapped in acid free tissue paper. Prints are packaged in either a strong cardboard tube or smaller prints are packaged in a flat hard backed envelope in a biodegradable clear sleeve. Estimated dispatch times for unframed prints are included on each product page.

Framed or Canvas Prints:
Our framed prints and canvases are delivered via courier for all our UK customers. They normally deliver in the UK between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. Please make sure when you order that you provide us with an address where there will be someone to sign for the package between these times. If there is nobody to receive the delivery, your package will be taken to the depot, where you can collect it at your convenience, or rearrange the delivery. 

If you do not collect your package from the depot it will be returned to us, and we will have to charge for re-delivery.

Estimated dispatch times for framed prints are included on each product page.

As all our frames are glazed with glass, we use specially designed packaging to absorb shock and prevent breakage, while polythene and plastic provide protection from any water damage. We use recycled materials for our packaging wherever possible.

Damage

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we ensure all our products are quality checked before posting. In the unlikely event that any damage should occur during transit, please notify us within 7 days. Damaged goods will be replaced as soon as possible. Photographic evidence will be requested.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you ever have a problem with any of our products please let us know and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right. 

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within 7 days and we will send you a full replacement as soon as possible. We may request photographic evidence of the damage.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on personalised items unless there is a fault.
